About the Position

Do you have experience in construction and project management? Are you a building or mechanical engineer? We are looking for someone who may be tired of consulting from project to project and instead wants to help develop a product together with both customers and an internal team. Responsibilities

The position involves construction and improvements on the standard range as well as customer-specific projects, from start to finish, which includes customer visits, internal check-ins, construction in both the profile manufacturer's preparation system and 2D and 3D CAD. You will be involved in product testing and improvement work, collaborating closely with the production team and becoming an important link between different departments as you drive your projects forward. Much of the work involves problem-solving where you leverage previous learnings.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone who thrives in the intersection of construction and project management and enjoys seeing your solutions used in reality. To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in building and/or mechanical construction. Experience in sheet metal construction is a plus. A post-secondary technical education and good CAD skills are required, as well as a basic understanding of manufacturing methods and production processes, and proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Since you will be handling security-classified objects, Swedish citizenship and a clean criminal record are also required.

We will place great emphasis on your personality in this recruitment. You should be development-oriented and eager to learn new things. Since you will have many internal and external contacts and be responsible for driving your projects forward, we are looking for someone who is logical, structured, and a good problem-solver, but also social, driven, and enjoys collaborating with various internal and external functions.
